During the last 61 years, SCADA has grown to become a globally recognized program with more than 8,500 participants from 28 countries.

Die große Nachfrage und das außergewöhnlich hohe Interesse an dem virtuellen Seminar fand seinen Höhepunkt schließlich in ca. 150 direkten Anfragen von Zahnärzten, die nach ihrer Teilnahme am Webinar um einen Besuch von Vertriebsmitarbeitern in ihrer Zahnarztpraxis baten – nach wie vor steigt die Zahl der Anfragen täglich!

Unsere DS Thailand Kollegen starteten eine erfolgreiche Reihe von Web-Seminaren in Zusammenarbeit mit der BDMS Wellness Clinic (BDMS= Bangkok Dusit Medical Service), der größten privaten Krankenhausgruppe in Thailand.

Um die Universitätsmitarbeiter bei der Bewältigung dieser komplexen Herausforderung zu unterstützen, bietet das Team von Dentsply Sirona International Clinic Solutions spezielle Online-CEREC-Curricula an, die auf ca. je 40 Studenten im zehnten Semester zugeschnitten sind.

Um das Gespräch zu erleichtern und die anfängliche Scheu zu überwinden, wurden zu Beginn einige Fragen zum derzeitigen Wohlbefinden, eventuellen Sorgen oder Fragen an das Team gestellt. Mit Hilfe des White-Board-Tools, das über Skype Business angeboten wird, sich interaktiv an dem Gespräch zu beteiligen, doch auch Kollegen, die nur zuhören wollten, waren gern gesehene Teilnehmer.

Noch vor Wochen waren wir mit den Schlagzeilen „Risiko Zahnarztbesuch" konfrontiert. Es wurde empfohlen, nur in dringenden Fällen zum Zahnarzt zu gehen. Wie sehen Sie die Situation jetzt?

Die DS Dental Solution Week fand vom 27. Mai bis 3. Juni 2020 statt. Das Team von DS Korea wollte die Botschaft vermitteln, dass das Unternehmen "Total Solution"-Kurse für alle zahnmedizinischen Berufe - Zahnarzt, Zahntechniker, Dentalhygieniker und Klinikmanager - anbietet.

Die Verwendung von Gesichtsmasken im Zusammenhang mit COVID-19 ist eine komplizierte Angelegenheit. Je nach Art der durchzuführenden zahnärztlichen Eingriffe gibt es unterschiedliche Standards, die eingehalten werden müssen.

Seit ihrem Debüt auf der IDS 2019 sind die Dentsply Sirona Ducks, die die Bandbreite unseres Produktportfolios zeigen, mit unseren Mitarbeitern und Kunden um die Welt gereist. Zuletzt nahmen sie an einer Web-Seminarreihe des Teams von Dentsply Sirona Thailand teil, die in Zusammenarbeit mit der BDMS Wellness Clinic, der größten privaten Krankenhausgruppe in Thailand, durchgeführt wurde.

Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation wird Fernlernen über Live-Web-Seminare und On-Demand-Kurse immer allgegenwärtiger und gewinnt zunehmend an Beliebtheit.

In Taiwan wurde die größte Dentalmesse, die für Mitte März geplant war, auf unbestimmte Zeit verschoben. Das Team von DS Taiwan dachte daher über neue Wege nach, wie man auch in diesen schwierigen Zeiten mit den Kunden in Kontakt treten kann.

Dentsply Sirona hat sich verpflichtet, seinen Kunden während der aktuellen Gesundheits- und Wirtschaftskrise kontinuierlich Unterstützung zur Verfügung zu stellen.  

Im ersten Teil dieser Kurzanleitungsserie wurden Sie in die Themen Agilität, effektiver Umgang mit Zeit, Entwicklung Ihrer Stärken und Nutzung von Feedback eingeführt.

DS Japan organisierte innerhalb von zwei Tagen 20 Online-Meetings, um mit Mitarbeitern, die von zu Hause aus arbeiten, in Kontakt zu treten, sich ihre Zweifel und Herausforderungen anzuhören, Tipps für die tägliche Arbeit auszutauschen, aus positiven und erfolgreichen "Home-Office-Stories" zu lernen und sich gegenseitig über Kunden, Händler und Marktsituationen auf dem Laufenden zu halten.  

Das Produkt, das vom italienischen Gesundheitsministerium und dem ISS entwickelt und zugelassen wird, wird in den nächsten Monaten auf dem Markt erhältlich sein. Das Handdesinfektionsgel soll in Zahnarztpraxen und Dentallabors in Italien eingesetzt werden und wird dauerhaft im Portfolio von Zhermack verbleiben.  

Über den Dentsply Sirona Sales Compass werden online Fortbildungen aus den Bereichen der Endodontie und Restauration angeboten.  

Gestern um 5:30 Uhr konnten in Bensheim Supply-Chain-Mitarbeiter teilweise wieder an ihre Arbeitsplätze zurückkehren. Die Kollegen begannen den Tag mit einer Infektions-Präventions-Schulung, die in der Kantine und zusätzlichen Räumen stattfand.

Im Rahmen des Weltumwelttag am 5. Juni 2020 präsentierten Wellspect und Dentsply Sirona Implants ihren Nachhaltigkeitsbericht für das Jahr 2019. 

Der MENA-Region gelang es, während der COVID-19-Periode einen erstaunlichen Deal mit der HorusUniversität (Ägypten) abzuschließen.

Am 24. Juli lädt Dentsply Sirona zum ersten vollkommen digitalen Kongress „DS Live 2020“ ein.

Am 15. April, mitten in der COVID-19-Pandemie, startete CEO Don Casey eine neue Serie auf seinem Yammer Blog, um täglich mit dem Unternehmen einen Song zu teilen. Mit Ende Juni und fast 50 Songs vorgestellt von Don Casey - entweder aus seinen eigenen Playlists oder durch Vorschläge von Mitarbeitern – wurde jetzt der letzte Song zur Playlist hinzugefügt.
