Angulated screw access 轉角度螺絲通道

Atlantis CustomBase Solution支援轉角度的螺絲通道，螺絲開孔位置可以設計在最佳美觀位置，最高支援轉角度至30度，全客製化設計生產，因此可以滿足患者的臨床需求與條件，達到更好的穩定與美觀。

**黏著假牙前，需先將螺絲裝入Atlantis支台體內，再進行假牙黏著

螺絲固位

假牙於口外黏著，以螺絲鎖固的方式將假牙與Atlantis支台體鎖固在植體。兩種材質可供選擇 : 鈦金屬、表面鍍金色氮化鈦金屬。

•Atlantis CustomBase支援轉角度螺絲，您可依照案例需求，選擇正常螺絲開孔或轉角度螺絲通道，轉角度螺絲通道最高支援至30度。

黏著劑固位

Atlantis abutment提供三種支台體材質 : 鈦金屬、表面鍍金色氮化鈦金屬、氧化鋯。

Atlantis abutment可以製作黏著固位單顆或多單位牙橋假牙贋復。

如何開始使用Atlantis abutments服務

1. 請與Atlantis配合的台灣牙技所聯繫，或先洽詢Dentsply Sirona台灣業務

2. 透過軟體與牙技師共同檢視與調整您的案例

Atlantis Editor- 內建在Atlantis WebOrder 訂購系統裡，您可以在支台體正式製作前，透過Atlantis Editor功能，檢查、調整您的支台體，確保您的每個案例都是最完美的外型。

了解Atlantis Abutments如何設計生產

設計生產工作流程

Atlantis Abutments支援單顆、多顆黏著劑固位贋復，或單顆螺絲固位贋復。

Step 1: 醫師使用Atlantis Abutments相對應的口掃桿掃描，並將數位檔案連同Atlantis Abutments專用設計指示單，傳送給Atlantis Abutments配合牙技所。

Step 2: 配合的牙技所會依照臨床指示單於Atlantis WebOrder下訂單。

Step 3: 所有的Atlantis Abutments使用Atlantis VAD 軟體設計，生產前牙醫師與技師能透過Atlantis Editor功能檢查、調整支台體外型。

Step 4: 送出同意生產後，立即於一天內生產完畢，並經國際配送至Dentsply Sirona台灣，公司將依據GDP品質流程合法完成醫療器材進口，再配送至牙技所。

Step 5: 牙技所透過Atlantis所提供的Core file 或Crown file完成牙冠的設計與黏著，並將最終成品送交到醫師手上，完成患者的最終假牙裝戴。

This is why Atlantis patient-specific solutions come with and exclusive and industry-leading comprehensive warranty program. In addition, if an implant supplier does not honor its warranty due to your use of Atlantis abutments, Dentsply Sirona will cover booth the abutment, crown and implant.

For added assurance that you are receiving a genuine Atlantis original abutment, warranty cards are provided with an order identification number for every case delivered.
